TIME IN HUMAN MIND  WOULD LIKE PYRAMID STRUCTURE.IT IS THE END OF PYRAMID ANY SOURCED FROM  GLOBALITAS (NOT GLOBALIZATION!).IF THAT IS MATERIALIZE IN THE FITURE.HUMANISM, MORALITY,ETHICS AND VALUE OF VALUE OF NOT MORE PHILOSOPHYOR METAPHYSICS BUT HAVE TO SIGN EXACT ASPECT LIKE MATH!
 
MIND is the opposite of mind not berplaning or EMPTYor CHAOS or FREE. 
Each time period has Charaktery indset of each appropriate stage of civilizationwhich has been owned Color / shape / action / works of man in civilization concerned depends on the contents of its time it PARADIGM.So really MIND is like the "lord of life and the life"Because in the contents of the human brain that's no more of watermelon the wild civilization this planet, even the whole universe  expretions inside your  self personal!Not simply an adaptation of the visual reality surrounding  So if this self-expression and adaptation  working side by side in a personthen synergize with each other  how potential changes in the mind  set humanity ... ..

The progress of the human mind is faster progress with the scaleafter the genius inventor of various regions of the worldbirth of the work of mechanics, natural science, biological science, chemistry and other sciences.Which describes the elements of nature into terpogram, legibleand controlled (scientific). Eg nature into electricity, machinery, and so forth.Industrial era which gave birth!
But the progress of the modern mind is not at the sameprogress of human mind which first emerged.And consequently there are gaps, contradictions and excesses emerged throughout the century (until this moment.!)The most extreme example is the explosion of an atomic bomb in World War II era.Atomic bomb is the product ilmuah peak time, but is usedin wars between nations that no other product orinstik manifestation of ancient pre-historical heritage of mankind! 
The irony is, the more modern a nation, the more modernalso weapons of war!
Like human nature, often the nature of any relationship between nationssimilar trusts.After the history of the world record of destruction and sufferingresult of the war almost covers the entire territory and people between nations.Emerged a new political consciousness, the need for cooperation, coexistencein peace among nations.Something  times previously considered strange ideasfor our nation hood, of being unpatriotic and counter-productive!.The idea and concept of this new political  realized in the form of organization of the United nationsto charter a Utopian!
We all know a lot of services other than servicesfor the world, United Nations organizationsmany can also criticism from various circles,as "police paper" because it was unable to do muchenforce the laws already made,when dealing with the power of superpower!.And we for over half a century, manywitnessed the event was great and fundamental political events terjadidi this world,but more prevalentnot because of the role of the new concept of organization!
But because the process of development andchanges of time itself!
Whereas the Charter of the United Nationshave everything to regulate lifebetween nations to a level much more organized and orderly,compared to the previous time period.In other words the life of an embryo new mindsetamong nations have actually been rolled out!  But again again between concept and reality of real  occur in the gaps! 
Because of all that noble concept, based appealand not be part of a permanent attachment to each other!.

While the political field between  nation is still a wide gap between 
concept and reality. 
In the field of other aspects  life among nations,mainly related to the scientific diaspek, Especially the environmental elements,economic, health and natural exploration  relatively much less resistance.Whereas the above-mentioned aspect of it concerns  dimension or larger scale!

Not merely the world's governments are notmore than 200 of the city!But it must  beginnings of human civilizationuntil this moment, no fundamental changeson the structure of political authority as a clan  of all things.Despite all that, compared to the time of the previous erainfinite difference!
